Therefore, a person who is concerned with or social media privacy is a very smart person. Protecting the identity of a user should be the number one concern of the social networking platform. However, most of social networking platforms have to use the information to make money because there is no other way for them to monetize their products and services. This means that the onus of privacy is put onto the user themselves.
